I messed this sear up- needed to take a call and now uneven. It was an excellent cut of meat and very tasty nonetheless. The studs are inserted into the sides. They can get bitter unless the heat is slow and even.

    A little overdone on one side. I’m still eating the hell out of all of it. NOM NOM NOM!!! Make sure you blame the caller verbally. Why they gotta interrupt your steak.
