Yeah, my meals are getting a bit “samey” but I’m on a tight budget.

DAY 1: (B) Greek yoghurt, tinned apricots, prunes, cornflakes 310 (L) 2 x bread rolls, small tin tuna, lettuce, pickles, mayo 580 (D) homemade lentil dal, Greek yoghurt, 1 1 1/2 cups rice, rocket 420

DAY 2: (L) tuna, lettuce, tomato, rocket, pickle, spring onion salad with low fat dressing and Dijon mustard + 2 slices multigrain w/butter 410 (S) homemade iced cupcake 220 (D) veggie stew w/carrots, parsnips, tomato and zucchini, 1 1/2 cups rice, 2 eggs, rocket 560

DAY 3: (B) mango yoghurt, plum, prunes 330 (L) 2 x bread rolls, small tin of tuna, lettuce, mayo, pickles 540 (D) veggie stew with black beans, carrots, tomato + 1 1/2 cups white rice (mixed with some if the sauce), rocket, spring onions 420
