Lunch: Snack Plate featuring Shrimp

Dinner: Split Pea Soup with toast and a light laughing cow spread.

Snacks: 2 Sugar Free Werthers, Peanut Butter Banana Pudding

Drinks: Preworkout, Alani, A glass of Chardonnay

The highlight of today was my evening snack. It was banana keto pudding mix with a nurri protein shake and a big spoonful of peanut butter. This is definitely going on my rotation.
