    Ingredients
    Filling:
    1 kg boiled & shredded chicken breast
    4 medium boiled & mashed potatoes
    2 carrots (finely diced & boiled)
    1 green bell pepper (finely chopped)
    1 yellow bell pepper (finely chopped)
    1 red bell pepper (finely chopped)
    1 cup of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
    1 large egg
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    Salt to taste
    ½ tsp black pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    Handful fresh coriander (chopped)
    Coating:
    1 cup bread crumbs
    ½ cup all-purpose flour
    ⅓ cup water (make thick slurry)
    Oil for deep frying
