  1. The galbi / kalbi beef cuts were picked up on sale at the local grocer & marinated overnight (because they were so thick) in a quality galbi / kalbi sauce before grilling the next day.

    And it came out excellent, super tasty & a big favorite. Enjoy & have a great weekend.

  2. Cross cut is the smartest way to enjoy. Probably not the easiest to cut or maybe it is just not popular in the west.
