Coral Tooth mushrooms, dredged in a seasoned buttermilk "badder" then dredged in a seasoned mix of flour and corn starch, deep fried till crispy and done Nashville style. Butter toasted brioche bun, house sauce, dill pickles and buttermilk ranch slaw. You'd never know it wasnt chicken!

    Oh haha I didn’t read the title closely at first and thought the chicken looked somehow both raw and dry at the same time. Clever idea!

    I’m not a fan of mushrooms but I’d be all over this! Looks great. I’ve never heard of Coral Tooth Mushrooms, in Australia, we (Chefs – not in homes) use Lions Mane Mushrooms to similar effect. Are they different, regional dialect but same, or other?
