    Sometimes old school is the best school. Crèpes suzettes are so delicious.

    A few years back I cooked a menu for some friends of paté campagne, onion soup gratinée, duck breast à l’orange and pommes anna, and crèpes suzette for dessert. Totally 1950’s-1960’s French brasserie, and totally delicious.
