First-time cottage cheese bage. Tbh, I’ve never made or anything like this before, but i’m happy with how it turned out. I used cottage cheese, flour, an egg, and a yolk for the wash:)

A few years back I cooked a menu for some friends of patĆ© campagne, onion soup gratinĆ©e, duck breast Ć l’orange and pommes anna, and crĆØpes suzette for dessert. Totally 1950’s-1960’s French brasserie, and totally delicious.
