In honor of hitting one of my goal weights I figured I’d make my first post here!

Breakfast – 2 egg white bites (Costco) & a clear protein water

Lunch- Farmers Fridge (obsessed with them, I grab one at the train station on my way to work all the time) chicken salad

Dinner – Bruschetta Lentils from IG with chicken sausage, tomatoes, & basil

Post Gym Snack- yogurt bowl with berries & 1/2tbsp maple syrup
