This was my first time making these, they are so good. Next time I am going to sprinkle some cheddar in them.

All you have to do is put 6 eggs, 114g cottage cheese, and some spices in a bender. Then prepare some ham/canadian bacon (next time I'm going to dice mine into smaller cubes) and sprinkle that in the muffin tray, then pour in the eggs. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, remember it will still continue to cook after you take it out of the oven. These are great for storing in the fridge too.

EDIT: make sure you use a little oil in the pan too, although now that I know this life hack I am going to upgrade to a larger tray and get silicone cups (which I will also lightly coat with oil). These are literally so good, and this was actually my regular breakfast before this only I would mix the cottage cheese with scrambled eggs and eat the ham on the side, these mini souffle bites are a way better way to eat those ingredients, and cheese will take it to the next level I'm sure.
