Good work. When you next go to Madrid, visit San Gines and order both churros and porras – yours are somewhat in between. Then get the fast train to Malaga and go to Cafe Aranda – I think those are the very best ever – my personal best is twelve. Horchateria Santa Caterina also does good churros and the local buñeulos, like a doughnut. Now I’m hungry.
