I used my ninja crispi at work to make my self two of my coworkers some ribeye steaks and asparagus!

How’d I do?~

I fast during the day and only have a four hour eating window from 1800 to 0000, so sometimes I spoil my coworkers and ask if they would like to join me as well!

  1. Not bad for an air fryer! I’ve definitely had some pretty grungy work meals, this would be a treat my dude. Sear or no sear. How’d it taste?

  2. You can sometimes get a good crust on meat in an air fryer like that by drying off the surface of the meat really well before putting it in there. Any moisture on the surface will prevent browning. Just blotting it down with some paper towels right before you cook it might help a surprising amount. Good job working with what you’ve got though!
