Made scallion oil noodles for 2! ☺️ I first had this at a Chinese restaurant. I was so obsessed with it that I knew I had to learn how to make it on my own. INGREDIENTS FOR SCALLION OIL NOODLES FOR 2:

  1. Vegetable oil (e.g. avocado oil) – 1/4 cup
  2. Spring onions – 4
  3. Garlic cloves – 3
  4. Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
  5. Light soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  6. Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  7. Dried Chinese wheat noodle – 200g

RECIPE FOR SCALLION OIL NOODLES FOR 2:

  1. Chop spring onion into small 2 cm pieces. Chop garlic into small minced pieces.
  2. Stir fry oil with the chopped spring onions for ~5 mins.
  3. Add garlic and sesame seeds to oil and stir fry for 1 minute.
  4. Mix in soy sauce and sugar to the infused oil to make the sauce for the noodles.
  5. Put sauce into a bowl.
  6. Cook noodles according to package then divide into portions in a bowl. Spoon over sauce according to your personal taste.
