– Combine Shin Ramyun spicy ramen seasoning packet, soy sauce, canola oil, and sesame oil and set aside.
– Boil noodles and veggie packet for 3 minutes and drain.
– Add oil and seasoning mix to a frying pan, then add the drained noodles and baby corn or other veggies. Stir fry until noodles are slightly crispy but still chewy. Transfer to plate to cool.
– In the same pan, fry an egg to your preferred doneness. Sprinkle with preferred seasonings. Top noodles with egg and garnish with red pepper flakes.
