    That looks like a really well put meal, must be delicious!

    I love Maangchi’s recipes a lot, but sometimes I feel like she uses way too much oil for my comfort haha.

    That’s why I make things like 두부조림 by tossing the tofu with a little bit of oil and then using the airfryer for the crisping up; just as good, but works better if you’re on a diet or something.
