    1/3 cup rolled oats

    12 blueberries

    1 tablespoon peanut butter

    most of a banana

    5 almonds

    splash of lakanto maple flavored syrup

    about a tablespoon of cocoa powder

    Total Calories = about 350, I didn’t measure some ingredients so I can’t be sure exactly tho

  2. Looks delicious! Oatmeal is also my go-to breakfast but the calories in it can be deceiving. Like, one serving of oats (40g) is 150cal, then you want to add some peanut butter and that’s about 100cal/tbsp, a banana is about 100 cal, and then some sweetener like agave nectar or maple syrup, that’s 60c/tbsp, almonds add another 50 for just a small handful, then maybe some coconut flakes another 50 cal, and you end up with 500 cal and you’re like where did it come from 😩😩😩

    That’s why I love peanut butter powder. Super low cal yet adds a nice flavor. I skip the banana and almonds so my oatmeal isn’t as yummy, but I got used to it lol.
