Used what I had in the cabinets: tofu, lo mein, arugula (it’s what was in the fridge!), peanuts, onion (would’ve used yellow but I had red) garlic ginger, homemade peanut sauce (just threw a bunch of stuff together). Brownies: bananas, apple sauce, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla, flour, pecans, walnuts, chia seeds, pecans, topped w/ cocowhip and toasted coconut flakes
