Made kimchi fried rice for 2 the other day and it was so yummy! 🍚🥳 I have also uploaded a cooking video on YouTube and Instagram @chillipadi_girl, if a video would be helpful. ☺️

INGREDIENTS FOR KIMCHI FRIED RICE FOR 2:

Rice – 1 cup of uncooked rice
Water – As required by the instructions on the rice packet
kimchi – 1 Cup (Chopped)
Gochujang – 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil – 2 tsp
Roasted sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Shimeiji mushroom
Shredded seaweed
Vegetable oil (e.g. avocado oil)

RECIPE FOR KIMCHI FRIED RICE FOR 2:

  1. Cook rice and store overnight.
  2. Add vegetable oil then stir fry kimchi and mushrooms.
  3. Add the cooked overnight rice to the kimchi and mushrooms, then mix in Gochujang.
  4. In a separate pan, toast sesame seeds. There is no need to use oil.
  5. Add sesame oil, the toasted sesame seeds and the shredded seaweed to the kimchi fried rice.
