This pasta has a homemade cheese sauce, ground beef crumble with red peppers and a bourbon bbq sauce, a bacon and caramelized onion jam, diced pickles and fried onion straws. My husband ordered the Scooby-Doo’s Cheeseburger Cavatappi at this super cool nerdy restaurant downtown Toronto. It was so good I knew I had to try to recreate it at home!
