  1. * Gochujang chicken meatballs, jasmine rice, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, boil egg. (Chopped everything up after picture and added extra garlicky gochujang sauce + kewpie mayo)
    * Butter chicken, jasmine rice, and garlic naan
    * Peruvian chicken, yellow rice + peas, black beans, pickled onions, sliced corn, lettuce, and aji verde
    * Tandoori grilled chicken thighs, saffron garlic rice, cabbage, red onion, cucumbers, garlic naan, and lemony garlic yogurt sauce
    * Chicken katsu, jasmine rice, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, and kewpie w/ chili crisp
    * Grilled lemony/oregano/garlic chicken kabobs with peppers + onions, feta spinach rice, pickled onions, lettuce, olive/cucumber/tomato/feta salad

  3. This all looks so good! It’s hard to get better than a bowl of rice with something delicious on it, such a comfort meal.
