Late last year I lost 20lbs on 1200 cal a day and walking 10,000 steps every weekday in like 3 months. I was feeling great then the holidays came and derailed and started to eat a lot of fast food. I gained 7lbs back and now I’m trying to get back on track. Today is my first official day. I’m aiming to loose 30 more lbs. And I want to tray doing some weights maybe in a few weeks. I’ve heard that it can help with PCOS. Wish me luck 😭

Breakfast (not in the pictures): overnight oats with chia and berries

Lunch: chickpea salad with deli turkey and salsa Valentina (I put that stuff on everything is sooo good)

Dinner: salmon, quinoa and side salad

Snacks: strawberries, mini sweet peppers, rice cake, mandarins and hard boiled egg.

I cant survive without snacks so I snack a lot. If anyone has any easy fast snack idea let me know please!!
