[RECIPE](https://iamhomesteader.com/cajun-potato-soup/) that this was based on. I’ve made it several times, but this time I used coconut milk (you don’t taste coconut after simmering it down), added small shells, and used an Italian blend of cheese (cheddar doesn’t seem like the right fit in my opinion, like the original recipe calls for).
The heart bowls are so perfect for soups because it’s so easy to slurp down the last bit from the point at the bottom🤭
And I used more spices: cayenne, smoked paprika, paprika, chili powder, garlic and onion powder, thyme, oregano, fresh black pepper, bay leaf
Really proud of how beautiful and great this one came out!
