
So, instead of making pancakes, I turned the mix into crepes. Same calories. But you get more of them so it feels more satisfying. Here I used the recommended amount of the protein pancake mix, which was 75g at 270calories. I add 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk which added another 16 calories (could use water) and another 1/4 cup or so of water to make the batter thin. I cooked these on small pans and got 17 crepes. So each of the crepes was only 17 calories. Yes, itâs the same calories but it feels way more satisfying to eat 17 crepes instead of 3 pancakes!
