What my meals have been looking like lately. It’s been keeping me really well satisfied for as low calorie as it is! Trying to get rid of these last five pounds & hoping this will help me finally get there 😭

Breakfast: Kodiak peak oatmeal, the high protein one. Super easy, not the cheapest option but I don’t get hungry for HOURS after a bowl so I consider it worth it

Lunch: couple of eggs, chicken sausage, keto toast with cottage cheese & blackberries. Added a little bit of zero sugar maple syrup to the sausage that I don’t log but it’s about five calories at most.

Dinner: ground turkey pasta salad. Lots of cucumber! The pic doesn’t do justice to how massive a portion this is. It’s an eight inch bowl & it’s overflowing with food. Getting it all mixed together is a challenge!
