Been wanting to try making pizza at home for a while now, and today I finally did it! Used a simple base, slathered on some tomato sauce, loaded it up with mozzarella, sweet corn, capsicum (green bell pepper), and finished it off with red chili flakes and some seasoning.

The crust came out crispy on the bottom (you can see the gorgeous golden char) and the cheese… well, the cheese pull speaks for itself. 😍

Cooked it on a tawa/pan on the stovetop since I don't have an oven — honestly blown away by how well it turned out!

Toppings used: Tomato sauce base · Mozzarella cheese · Sweet corn · Green capsicum · Red chili flakes · Mixed Italian seasoning

First attempt and definitely not the last. If anyone has tips to make the base even crispier or fluffier, drop them below — I'm all ears!

  1. Looks fantastic! How did you manage to get the top to get so good with just using a pan? Simple covering it and keep the heat inside?

  2. i can’t understand one thing: why does it look so good even though it’s your first time doing it?
