Not the star of the show at a yakiniku restaurant, but not to be ignored is the kimchi side dish. Yakiniku in Japan is popular but it is originally a Korean meal and I'm always in need of some
kimchi on the side. That and a bowl of rice are what I need with my yakiniku. What are your must haves with yakiniku?
