Found an Instagram reel that inspired me to make these.
Dough:
• 2¼–2½ cups flour
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 tsp instant fast-acting yeast
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
This was my first time baking with any yeast products, and I only had fast-acting. So the flour is definitely an approximation. The recipe called for 2 cups, and I eyeballed a few more tablespoons.
The sauce was a mix of cheddar, pepper jack cheese, yellow mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and most importantly chili powder. Checked em around 12 minutes and gave em another 8-10 minutes. Oven set to 450°.

Next time dip them in food grade lye or a baking soda bath before baking. Will give them that dark golden brown look and better taste!
Looks yummy
