I’ve been getting plain pizzas and doing my own combos.

Recent favourite of mine: sundried tomato, spinach, feta, olives and onion. Sometimes I mix the spinach with boursin or roule then put the dollops on. This time I just crumbled some on top.

Jalapeño, pineapple, olives and sweetcorn is another 😁

  1. my son and I have become massively entranced by Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce, onions, and spinach. For me, I would add red peppers, feta, and mushrooms, but just the onions and spinach are pretty darn good. we split a large pizza like this last night, damn that was good.

  3. I’m keen for a simple Margherita pizza but I used to get a sweet potato pizza in Korea that was delicious and occasionally make it here – bits of mashed sweet potato, cheese, and a drizzle of honey. I add a some toasted sliced almonds for a bit of crunch.

  4. Pesto, red pepper, onion, feta, with tomato sauce and mozzarella. One of my faves.

    We’ve also found beyond sausage works well on pizza, as long as you cook it first. We do tomato sauce with extra chili flakes added, pepper, onion, and beyond sausage. Once it’s cooked, add dollops of ricotta and a drizzle of hot honey.

    We will also do paneer masala on pizza on the very rare occasions we have leftover curry. You can add extra veggies, but that depends on mood.

    Tomato, olives, feta, red onion, rocket and sometimes a bit of mild chili pepper.

    I had it somewhere once and became obsessed.

    I go all in when I make pizza at home and in this order: pizza base, tomato sauce or bbq sauce, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, paprika (bell pepper), red onion, black olives and oregano or a pizza herb mix.

    When I’m feeling fancy, I also put artichoke (jarred) on and an egg on top.

    Unless it’s deep dish, I order one half with olives, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms; then I get the other half with just pineapple.

    Otherwise, my favorite pizza would be Mediterranean style with Kalamata olives, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, much like your choice! … yum

    Broccoli (finely chopped, under the cheese), thinly sliced red onion, kalamata, roasted red peppers. Maybe some paper thin garlic slices.

    So surprised to see this many jalapeño/pineapple combos!! I thought I had a stroke of genius 🤣 but it turns out every other vegetarian is doing it

    Top pick is broccoli, pineapple and hot peppers (banana preferred).

    If they can’t do that, I will settle for mushroom, pineapple and hot peppers. Maybe some feta if I’m feeling salty.

    What I like to call slag pizza (cause she turns you into a right dirty bitch; it’s messy as fuck but so worth it)

    Extra sauce, either seasoned passata (onion granules, garlic, smoked paprika, mixed herbs, salt, and white and black pepper) or pasta sauce from a jar with extra seasonings

    Extra mozzarella

    Then halloumi, mushroom, onion, olive, sundried tomato, sweet corn and pineapple. Sometimes I’ll put veggie chicken/ pepperoni/ sausage on it too

    With garlic and herb butter smothered onto the crust

    😋 Beats a take away hands down every single time 😋

  14. Hear me out…ranch instead of pizza sauce. And then pineapple, jalapeño and spinach with roasted garlic. Chefs kiss.

    Had my first in NYC and absolutely loved it.
    As an European I’m eating frequently pizza with grilled vegetables but that was something different

    All time fav: white base, roasted Brussels sprouts, caramelized shallots, and a hot honey drizzle. But I will also go for one with pineapple and jalapeños to change it up.

  17. Giardinera, ground impossible, and Kalamata olives are among my favorite toppings. Omg giardinera is the best pizza topping imo, so yummy 🤤

    Edit to add caveat: not all giardinera is created equally. Be sure you get the good stuff.
