
I'm making an applesauce cake with vegan cream cheese frosting for a special dessert. Dinner is from the freezer–about two weeks ago I made a double batch of red lentil pumpkin soup and froze it. So I'm going to make homemade biscuits to go with the soup and an apple, romaine, and walnut salad with a vinaigrette of apple cider vinegar, dijon, and toasted walnut oil.
