




Bought 3 different steaks at 3 different price points to experiment, at $56/kg, $73/kg, and $82/kg (all in australian dollaridoo). Found that we like the more expensive ones but can't really tell the difference between which one we like best. After a certain price point, it's really hard to tell the difference.
Steak was reverse seared and served with chimichurri. The red sauce for the broccoloni is a pan sauce (from the steak) made by reducing sake then mixed with gochujang.

When you say 3 different steaks at 3 different prices, what’s the difference? They all look like ribeyes but cut from different parts of the muscle. Were they bought from different suppliers?
