

Not in the recipe: baking soda, sweetener, low cal spray
Method:

Slice the pork
-
Sprinkle half a tsp of baking soda (this is a tenderiser)

Coat it in soy sauce and corn flour

Air fry at 200C for 5 mins per side
Meanwhile, make the sauce:

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, vinegar, oyster sauce, pineapple juice and sweetener of choice. Adjust to taste.

Add ginger, carrots, onions and garlic
-
Boil until it reduces/thickens
Add the air fried pork. Serve with rice and/or your choice of veg.
