I recently mqde waaay too much beef nilaga (filipino beef soup) so I thought of turning it into a pancake/fritter inspored by Korean jeons. The soup has a light/mild/subtle taste so it doesn't have an overpowering taste and can be adjusted with seasonings. I chopped the veggies, mashed the potatoes, and shredded the beef. I then added eggs and flour to make the batter. I test-cooked as I added seasonings and Magic Sarap (an all-purpose MSG seasong) was what made it a home run for me haha. Try and turn your food into pancakes/fritters, guys!! hahaha
