Details of ingredients and macros included.

I included the recipe for my Egg Roll in a Bowl. The macros are spectacular and the G Hughes Stir Fry sauce makes it a bit easier than pulling together all ingredients for a sauce from scratch. It’s also way lower in calories than the typical homemade Asian stir fry sauce. It makes 4 servings, 35g protein, 226 calories.

I ate most of the dessert yogurt bowl before taking a picture of it. It’s Fage Greek yogurt mixed with PB2, sweetened with allulose and peanut butter cup syrup from Jordan’s Skinny Mixes, and topped with Lily’s No Sugar Added Peanut Butter Chips and Jordan’s Skinny Mixes Double Fudge Sauce.
