
Cheeses are le Pizy, Delice de Bourgogne, Bleu d'Elizabeth, Sauvagine reserve, Bruges Comtesse, Rutland Red, and 13 year old Wisconsin cheddar
Meats are Szegedi salami, smoked bison prosciutto, homemade Genoa salami, another Hungarian salami whose name I can't remember, and a double smoked speck.
Other bits are roasted walnuts, dried apricots, saffron and lime cashews, onion jam, and plum jam with black pepper and vanilla bean(both homemade)
There were pickles and olives on a separate dish, but I didn't get a pic of those
