First, we divide the simit (Turkish bagel) into 6 pieces and then cut each piece in half. Next, we place tomatoes on the bottom layer, then kashar cheese, cheddar cheese, arugula, and finally pastrami on top. We put it in the oven or preheater until the cheese melts. You already know how to make poached eggs. We cook the sausages in a pan or on a grill and then combine them.
