Hello i made these using the Alton brown chewy chocolate chip cookies recipe but i adjust the recipe to my liking I replace regular butter to brown butter and added a tbs of molasses and 1 tsp of espresso powder these cookies are pack with so much flavor 😋

I love making these! I make the base recipe with: the addition of an equal volume (chocolate chips) of chopped almonds; and, a teaspoon of Sri Lankan curry powder.
Not enough to taste like curry, just enough to taste a little warm and spiced.
They look amazing! I’m going to go look up the recipe right now…
