    These are the leftovers, lol.

    In the wet dredge I used –

    milk, eggs, Crystal hot sauce, dill pickle juice, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne.

    The dry dredge used –

    flour, corn starch, corn meal, pepper, sage, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, Tony’s, and paprika.

    Dredge defrosted chicken in the dry, wet, and dry again before adding to hot oil. Cook for around 5 minutes. Flip halfway through if shallow frying.
