Felt like making ribs tonight. First time using the broiler and oven at my partners apartment so they didn’t come out quite as tender as usual, so I’ll have to adjust cooking time for that (they usually are literally falling from the bone with a tug). Felt too lazy to make homemade mac and cheese so I doctored up some Kraft with seasoning hot sauce and panko, under the broiler.
Was going to make coleslaw too, but my partner doesn’t like it and I don’t usually eat that much anyway.
