I tried making a cottage cheese cheesecake and I thought the texture and taste were much worse than the batter once cooked so I made a recipe that tastes a fair amount like cheesecake and has like 20 g of protein for like 150 calories.

1 serving of low fat cottage cheese (80 calories)

1/3 serving of Good and Gather plain Greek yogurt (33 calories)

Lakanto Monkfruit sweetner (to your taste) (amount of calories depends upon how much you add)

1 tsp vanilla bean paste or powder or extract (12-ish calories)

Salt (a pinch)

Blend it all together in your food processor or blender. Eat by itself for a like yogurt breakfast or have with Maria cookies (6 for 140 calories depending upon the brand) for dessert.

Sorry if someone else has posted something like this already. Just thought I would share since this is my third time making it and I’m still pleasantly surprised at how good it is and how much protein I’m getting in for something that tastes so good.
