Green goddess salad w/chicken ~230 cal

Light lunch for work so its about half the size i would eat at home

just rotisserie chicken, romaine lettuce and trader joes green goddess that i blended with some pickled jalapenos, nonfat greek yogurt, ranch powder, and cilantro.
