    I’d like to poll the people in this comment section: is that too much, too little, or the right amount of chili crisp for what appears to be three fried eggs? I think it’s a bit too much but maybe I just don’t want my eggs that spicy.

    I’ve never tried jamon but every time I see you post something I have a mighty need. Looks good as hell.

    It’s funny how that jamon only tastes good if it’s shaved paper thin. A friend of mine managed to get a jamon iberica at like 95% off on accident but we were both shit at cutting it so it didn’t even taste that good. So I hope you’ve gotten good with the knife!
