I received a tremendous gift from some Ukrainian folk I met randomly and thankfully. Homemade pierogis featuring mushrooms in the filling. Forgot to even put that in the title. They turned out amazing. I’m blown away. I need to learn how to make this, for life.
And I was suggested to try it with a vinegar. I am blown away. Who needs sour cream.
