You should be able to tell in the app. It’s about 190 calories.

This would be about 115cal, maybe a bit more, depends how much ice is in there. 8oz of almond milk alone is 60cal, plus 20cal x2 per pump of flavored syrup, 5cal x3 per espresso shot

Your estimate is definitely low but maybe not as low as some are saying.
A grande iced latte with almond milk is 65 cals.
An extra shot is only an extra 5 cals.
One pump of syrup is an extra 16-20 cals depending on flavour. There are sugar free vanilla and hazelnut options at 1kcal each if you’re worried about that.
I’d put your drink around 105.
This is based on the core UK beverage nutrition factsheet available at https://www.starbucks.co.uk/nutrition – I feel like they use different almond milk in the US but can’t find confirmation.

Almond milk is probably 60 calories per 8 oz because they probably use the sweetened variety. With 3 espressos and some syrup, you’re probably getting 12 oz or so, so 90 for the almond milk. With a little Google searching it appears that the Starbucks syrups are between 20-40 calories per pump, though I couldn’t find macadamia specifically. So let’s average it out to 30, which gives you 60 for your syrups, plus 90 is 150 total.

If you go on the website it will give you a breakdown. Side note I also downloaded the nutrition facts into an excel sheet and order basically only the plain lattes, matcha (with soy or almond), teas, and iced brown sugar oat latte as they are the lowest sugar and cal (grande size) lol

If you want to save some calories and money, get an iced americano instead of the latte.

lots of online calculators exist for starbucks drinks. I’d guess closer to 150 for this.
255 calories for a bento sized latte, according to calorie king:
