    Here’s a couple good dressing recipes
    Lemon tahini: one T tahini, one T water, one T lemon juice that’s 100 calories per 3 T of dressing. I like this with lots of pickled veggies and Shwarma spiced chicken over lettuce, it’s got a Lebanese vibe.
    Asian sesame dressing: 1 t ground ginger, 1 T soy sauce, 2 T maple syrup, 2 T water, 85 g non fat Greek yogurt, 4 T tahini, 1T apple cider vinegar, optional pinch of chili flakes. 34 calories per 14g or 1 T, great on crunchy cabbage based slaw type salad.

    Those soft boiled eggs look delectable. What’s your boiling method for soft-boiled eggs? I used to manage mine pretty well but lately I’ve been having issues with them falling apart as I try to peel them.
