  1. One of my favorite Japanese appetizers. Just the other day I went to a new restaurant and their menu had “Aged Tofu”. I asked about it and the waiter said it was fried tofu in a broth. “Like agedashi?” I asked and was just given a confused look. It’s been bothering me ever since.
