



For breakfast I had strawberry shortcake overnight oats. For lunch I had a veggie plate which included hearts of palm, grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, fat free cottage cheese ranch dip, cheese, and whole wheat crackers. For dinner I had 2 okonomiyaki pancakes with soy sauce and gochujang sauce, topped with shrimp and dried chives. As a desert I had a homemade ice cream using a protein shake, sugar free caramel, and coffee.
