Hello guys! We had lunch at Kashiwaya last November 25, 2025. They change their menu everytime depending on the season which was autumn when we visited. We had the “Ume” menu which is around 19,360 JPY per person.
I can say that the experience is incredible. The staff looked after us really well and very attentive. Never was my cup empty, I had 4 types of tea during the meal and they also gave us a free cup vintage Sake to start. Every food was explained thoroughly, the ingredients where it was sourced, the meaning of each to the area where it was from. Even the ties that binds the chopsticks were intentionally coloured as red for good luck. It was very thoughtful and thorough.
The food was great. I loved every meal served. We have been to different Michelin starred restaurants in different countries. I would say this is one of the best valued 3 stars.
