Made with homemade mushroom broth with fried mushrooms, Pak Choi, soy granules, and spring onions.
The broth was made from the mushroom stems, water, Hefer Barista, a Nori sheet, the dark parts of the spring onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, 1 mini clove of garlic, a thumb-nail-sized piece of ginger, and sesame oil. Consciously using up leftovers instead of instant broth.
Pak Choi and mushrooms fried in sesame oil and a few drops of soy sauce. Soy granules were soaked in water with chili powder and tomato paste and then roasted crunchy in the air fryer with a little oil. Ramen cooked according to instructions just before serving.
In the bowl, 1 tbsp each of light sesame paste, rice vinegar, and soy sauce were then mixed with some sesame oil and chili oil/powder as needed, and then the broth was poured in. Then arrange with ramen, mushrooms, Pak Choi, soy granules, and spring onions.
Not 100% authentic, but still really awesome.
