Family wanted a ‘high protein’ dinner, so i made an old faithful of honey chicken with rice and tenderstem broccoli – packed with flavour! (+ my vegan father’s rice and veg bowl)

  1. I have a vegan and a normal eater too. I’ve gotten really good at subbing seitan/ protein that matches the rest of the food. I just take the tofu or seitan and season my exactly the same way and cook it exactly the same way,

    Everything looks great and I’m sure your dad is appreciative. I just hated the extra work so much and try to cut it back as much as possible.
