
Got some free ciabatta today so I made bread pudding using chocolate whey protein powder.
Recipe (makes 4):
35g whey protein powder
200ml skimmed milk
1 egg
100g bread, torn into smaller pieces
Much room for macro improvement by changing to another bread and/or protein powder.
I used airfryer. At first 25mins 180°C but it wasn't cooked enough inside so I covered the top with foil wrap and baked another 15mins.
This evening, I had 1 portion of the bread pudding paired with 50g cottage cheese + 15g almond butter + drop of vanilla essence + 1 tspn Splenda (the bowl you see). Total ~267kcal 19g C 11g F 21g P.
