That looks good af. I still have a box of those toast in the freezer that I have yet to cook. Waiting until after my physical next month.

I just went through your posts, if you are struggling with your weight, eating like this is not the answer. I hope that you find comfort and security because you deserve it.

On a nicer plate with a small amount of chilli oil this would be a $10 snack at a wine bar.

Too much salt and not enough anything else.
Someone mentioned struggling with weight in the comments. I’m going to share things that have worked for me.
You’ll retain fluid eating low cal, high salt foods and it’ll look like you are gaining weight.
Try looking at the sodium in stuff. Keep it under 1500-2000mg a day and drink a lot of water. Sparkling and Still water, no sodas…not even the sugar free ones with artificial or alternative sweeteners. One glass of whole full fat milk a day fits into the following daily diet really well, especially mixed with a protein powder. A quick way to boost protein and good fats.
Look at the carbs as well. Keep carbs between 50g-100g’s per day. Try to keep those carbs to fruits and items with dietary fiber.
Only take in sugars from fresh fruits.
Only eat between a certain time. Like 9am-5pm. An 8 hour window, and then 16 hours of nothing but water. It’s called intermittent fasting.
Combine all that with a calorie deficit that’s healthy for you. (I did 1200 to 1500) a day and make sure you are meeting your daily protein needs so you don’t lose muscle mass or your hair, and the weight will FALL OFF.
I lost 150 pounds in 8 months doing all that. Halfway through that weight loss, I introduced exercise.
